National Party (Czech Republic)

The National Party (Czech: Národní strana) is a far-right nationalist political party in the Czech Republic. Petra Edelmannová is the current leader of the party. They are strongly opposed to Czech membership of the European Union. [1]

The Party proposed a so-called "A final solution to the Gypsy issue" to relocate the Roma population of the Czech Republic to India, based on perceived ethnic origins.[2][3]

On 28 October, 2007 the Czech National Party established a paramilitary National Guard.[4]
